Dindi serves as Senior VP for Aon’s PEO Solutions Group, which is led by experienced industry experts. She has more than 23 years experience in the PEO industry, including 6 years as Director of Risk Control Services and Risk Administration for a national PEO and 17 years as a PEO risk management consultant / broker. She has been recognized for her programs to reduce workers’ compensation losses by the National Safety Council and was awarded the Hartford Insurance Group’s Pewter Stag Award for distinguished achievement in Accident Prevention.

Dindi received her bachelor’s degree in Biological and Biomedical Science from Barry University and her Masters of Public Health degree in Environmental and Occupational Health from Florida International University. Dindi is also fluent in Spanish and is a certified Maxwell Leadership facilitator.
