Hart is the CEO at Future Point of View and is a widely known expert and trusted advisor in the governance of risk and resilience with over 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors.

As a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and a Qualified Risk Director (QRD), Hart regularly works with executives, boards, technology teams, and insurance organizations on cybersecurity, risk, and governance. He has developed unique cyber risk programs from small and mid-size businesses to Fortune 20. He has conducted hundreds of cyber threat assessments, managed direct threats such as extortions, blackmail, ransomware, and data breaches, developed response plans, and conducted live hacking demonstrations. Hart has given multiple national and international keynote lectures and presentations and has authored or is referenced in over 90 publications. He has appeared in publications like Reuters, USA Today, WIRED, Risk & Insurance, Risk Management, CIO Review, and many others.

Hart has a Masters in Safety Engineering from Texas A&M University and is a graduate of the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s (FBI) Domestic Security Executive Academy.
