Gordon Berger

Founding Partner, Pierson Ferdinand LLP

Gordon is a founding partner at Pierson Ferdinand’s Employment, Labor, and Benefits department. Throughout his career he has worked to resolve complex employment disputes and to reduce litigation risk. He regularly advises businesses in a multitude of employment and corporate law matters, including EEO, wage & hour, restrictive covenants, employment agreements and day-to-day employment and business law issues.

He is a frequent presenter at NAPEO and other professional organization conferences and is the author of multiple articles related to industry legal issues.

Gordon earned his J.D. from the Emory School of Law and his B.A. in history/political science from the University of Rochester.
