Ted had a 14-year career in the insurance industry before transitioning into the PEO space and holding multiple executive leadership roles over 23 years in several national PEOs. He founded Resourcing Edge in 2003 and has built the organization through acquisitions and organic sales based on a thorough knowledge of insurance, regulatory elements, managed growth, banking needs, and the importance of financial stability. He has served on NAPEO’s board and several Prism committees.

Ted has a BBA in Finance and Real Estate from Stephen F. Austin State University.
