Lisse joined Trinet in 2019 and oversees her Legal and Compliance colleagues who support commercial and sales agreements, marketing and product, workers’ compensation, commercial insurance, PEO licensing/certification and regulatory affairs. She is the Treasurer of the TriNet Political Action Committee, a mentor in TriNet's colleague mentoring program and a member of the TriNet DEI Working Committee.

Prior to joining TriNet, Lisse was Vice President Managing Counsel for ADP, LLC, primarily supporting the PEO business. During her 19 years at ADP TotalSource, Lisse managed sales and vendor contracts, sales marketing/enablement, employment law, product development and worked closely with regulatory affairs. She is chair of NAPEO's Legal Advisory Council and serves on both its Federal and State Government Relations committees. She is a board member of FAPEO and frequently presents at NAPEO industry conferences. Lisse has a BA from Boston University and a JD from the University of Miami.
