Charlie has been in the PEO industry for 13 years and has been the CEO of Current HR since 2020. Prior to Current HR, he served as CEO of Erigo Employer Solutions from 2011 to 2020.

In addition to serving on NAPEO’s board from 2018 to 2022, Charlie is also active in his business community. He serves on the Audit Committee of the Covington City Commission and has served on several nonprofit boards and committees including the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, Covington Partners, the HealthPoint Family Care Foundation, Brighton Center Technical Advisory Board, and the Horizon Community Fund Steering Committee. He is the recipient of the Northern Kentucky Young Professionals 2017 Next Generation Leader Award for Entrepreneurship, received Eastern Kentucky University’s Young Alumni Award in October of 2017, and was recognized as a 2019 Forty Under 40 Award recipient by the Cincinnati Business Courier.

Charlie has a bachelor’s degree in General Economics from Eastern Kentucky University and earned his Juris Doctor, Law degree from Northern Kentucky University-Salmon P. Chase College of Law. He is a licensed attorney in the Commonwealth of Kentucky and has been a SHRM-certified human resources professional since 2015.
